The Greek way of cooking Potatoes
We all have our ways of roasting potatoes and Greeks have their way! Some might just add salt and pepper to their potatoes and put it in the oven.

Our potatoes are roasted in olive oil, lemon, and herb vinaigrette and cooked until golden brown. We’ve found an easy recipe for you to follow and these can be served with any protein or by themselves.
The right way of cooking these lemon flavored potatoes is to cook them in the lemon and olive oil vinaigrette and reserving some for when the come out.
